LOL!
Glad you like it so!
I was thinking about selling buttons of it at the next con!
I've never done T-shirts before.....I don't think they allow you to sell them in the artist alley....
....I'd LOVE to start selling them though!

Depends on the Con, I think. I'd be willing to bet that AFO would allow it. That's the one I'm holding out for, then I can sell pics of my demons and angels along with angel and demon wings we've made. The demon wings sold like penny candy at the Renaissance Faire. Esp at $10 a pop.

WOW!
$10 for a ring! NICE!
O.o
I normally sell quite a few buttons for $1 each. Last AFO I made (almost) a $250 profit on buttons alone!
^_^
I try REALLY hard not to put copyright stuff in the things I sell.....which gives me an automatic disadvantage against the other artists in the alley....I do however enjoy making distinct references like this......
I know how to do both silk screening, and heat transfers when creating shirts (only have the necessary materials to do heat transfers right now, however....silk screening is a LOOOONG painful process that requires an entire room worth of machinery).

I was actually thinking about doing a sale on some of my less popular buttons this year. (unfortunately, the least popular buttons require more artistic pose, and little text....I guess people think my art stinks.....or.....something. Only the buttons with slogans sell )

My current project is to shoot for making a deck of playing cards out of some of my OCs. I have three out of the four aces sketched up. I wore my art to the last AFO on an Iron-on transferred t-shirt. This year, I hope to have a collage and get a table rather than being just another observer. In either case, I'm aiming for all three days at Megacon and AFO. Was looking at Metrocon, but it's too close to the AFO for me to have any funds left over. Maybe next year.

Good for you!
Not a lot of people have playing cards....it's definitely a unique product!
I've never actually been to Metrocon....I've heard wonderful glorious things about it though! You better hurry if you want a table at Megacon. I'm not sure how quickly they fill up.
Also, prepare to do A LOT of pre-work if you end up getting a table. It normally takes me about 3 months just to prep for a con. You have to think of EVERYTHING...including getting change from a bank in case someone were to hand you a $20, making an attractive and colorful way to display your wares, or having a good friend to watch your table so that you can get food n' such.

We've done the local Renaissance Faire four years in a row now, so the prep-work is second nature...signs, etc...change...We may have a paypal merchant account by then that takes credit cards too. As for Megacon, I'm only going there to shop for some art stuff and meet and greet. $80/table is a bit steep for me this time of the year, right after the holidays. I like doing the rave and panels as well. Figuring on taking my son on Friday and then my daughter and I can set ourselves loose on Saturday. If anything looks interesting for Sunday, I'll already have the pass. ;)
