I doubt any are that bad... unless they had a REALLY horrible budget. I think there just exaggerating how poorly animated some older anime were, nowadays with the popularity most new anime are very well animated in comparison to their predecessors.

lulz were had! I like certain anime but even I thought this was an effective anime spoof (ie: random killing monsters, destine to save the world/universe crap, person that's family got killed by enemy cliche).
