[link]I'm hoping to go see some Leafy Sea Dragons this weekend!
They're my favorite non-mammalian sea animal.
If you don't know what a Leafy Sea Dragon is, here's a picture!

They are relatives of the Sea Horse, but are more.....erm....LEAFY!!!!
^_^;;;
Here's some more info on the Dragon!
[link]On another note, I'm going to try to avoid the theatre at all costs.
Working in the box again, I was getting a bajillion phone calls for Transformers.
-_-;;;
All the people were asking the SAME question:
"Do you have midnight Transformers tickets for tomorrow?"
For the love of......NO! WE SOLD OUT TWO WEEKS AGO!!!
>.<
It gets really tiresome when you have to repeat yourself over, and over, and over again.
I'm tempted to get one of those 90's re-recording systems, just so I won't have to strain my voice-box any more then I already have.
(one's throat tends to hurt after talking for eight hours straight)
This big guy walked up to the window the other day.
He "claims" he washed all six of his Transformers tickets in the laundry, but had no receipt or other document to prove he did so.
-_-;;;
(Of COURSE he's not trying to scalp FREE tickets....LOL.....)
XD
Our managers have to check the film before anyone else sees them for obvious reasons.
(you know.....to make sure they spliced the film together correctly, put the trailers in the right order, the film doesn't have scratches, ect.)
They do this, so both us employees and you (the gust) has a good movie experience.
I had people calling me with the NERVE to say things like:
"UHHHHHH....yeah. We heard your managers have a private screening of the film sooooooo......can we have some tickets for it for free?"
.....WTF?
It frustrates me when people ask me things like that.....
AAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHPPPPPPHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!
>0<
I had 3 phone calls today for people asking for "free private screening" tickets, that most of us employees don't even get to see.
-_-;;;
I (truthfully) don't know why people are trampling each-other just to see the film one before the other.
.....If these people wanted to see an "early show" they should go to Europe!
I've had several tourists from England inform me that Transformers got released (over there anyway) last Friday! HAH!
XD
